APC Safety Recall Notice

APC has issued a recall notice for APC UPS Back-UPS® CS 350 & CS 500. Affected Model# BK350, BK500, BK500BLK.

Only units where the first six characters of the serial number fall within the following ranges are affected:

AB1148 - AB0251
BB0104 - BB0251
JB125 - JB0251

Any units with a "R" at the end of the serial number are NOT part of the recall.

Stop using the device immediately and remove it from service. For a free replacement, call APC at 866-272-7359 (9 - 5 EST M-F).
